Client's father called to say they are really happy and grateful for their son's regular drivers. They are all kind and wonderful. Traveling on HandyDART is one of his favourite parts of his day.

My parents had a ride on Friday. The driver was very polite and helpful. He met them with a smile, was communicative, and created a comfortable atmosphere. Even after a long work day he still had a very positive energy and was very smiley. It was a pleasant experience. I hope he is happy that he made a difference. It would be great if my parents could have him for every trip.

Client called and said she was picked up going to RBC yesterday, March 4th. Client said, "she gave me excellent service, very pleasant, very efficient, and a very good driver." Client also called to commend HandyDART bus driver for her return trip. Client said: "Five star service. He's my favorite driver. Very pleasant, I can't say enough."
