HandyDART Volunteers Make a Difference at Aldergrove Senior’s Fair

Several dedicated Transdev staff members recently rolled up their sleeves to volunteer at the Aldergrove Senior’s Fair, making a positive impact in the local community. Invited by Ron Bergen of the Ron Cares Society, the team was excited to step outside their daily roles and contribute to a day filled with connection, teamwork, and service.

Building Community, One Kit at a Time

The Transdev volunteers arrived early to help set up the event, build hygiene kits, and engage with attendees throughout the day. The fair provided an excellent opportunity for our team to interact with seniors, distribute much-needed hygiene products, and have meaningful conversations with stakeholders and community members.

A True Team Effort

Our group of volunteers included Transdev management and representatives from the Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU), reflecting the collaborative spirit that defines our company. The event was not only about giving back, but also about strengthening relationships within our own team and with the broader community.
