Driver is absolutely above and beyond. He is always happy and greets client by her name. They are all very good but he sets the tone. Client is happy when she sees him and ends up being happy at work. He just goes above and beyond. He is so respectful, and kind and he always has something nice to say to her.

Client wanted to commend the bus driver who drove her from Burnaby hospital emergency back to her home. Client said "I have to thank you and her for beautiful service. I wish every HD driver is like her. She is kind and professional. This is the second ride I had with her. She was very attentive. I was very happy to see her."

I had my shopping cart with me; it got left behind. This guy is a wonderful guy, he went all the way back to pick up the cart, I want to promote him and just say good things about him. I am grateful for people like him I could have lost my cart. You have one heck of a driver. He deserves a big kudos.

Client went with her husband yesterday. Clients were both picked up by a HandyDART driver. Client said, "Driver is very considerate, very helpful and very good. He should be recognized for his safe driving and our ride was very pleasant."
