I was accompanying my mom for that trip. The driver who picked her up was amazing. She was one of the best we've ever had. She was so sweet, very kind, and so attentive. You can easily see that she was such a sweet person, got a lot of compassion and a lot of kindness. The way she looked after my mom was amazing. Just all around great service. I just want you to pass my thanks and message to her that me and my mother are very happy with her service. I hope to see her again and thank her for her service.

I was just dropped off for my return trip. I was going to be late and miss my walking group. Driver happened to be at my location and arranged with dispatch to drop me off earlier. He went out of the way to make sure I was comfortable. I was having physical difficulties. He was patient and kind and made the effort to get me home as quickly as possible. His compassion made it special.

She was so good to us, very kind, very professional. We really appreciate her. If someone can say thanks to her for us and tell her keep doing what she's doing. She's kind, caring, compassionate, makes sure everything is okay. She made sure my husband gets on the bus okay. It is such a good feeling if people are treating you good.

HandyDART changed the service from bad service and to extremely good service. It's a 360 change. Before they never used to care about the time. They never missed last 20 rides, exact times, exact pick up and exact delivery. It is like a huge change. Absolutely we are happy and we appreciate the service. Also, the drivers are very careful and patient. Wonderful job!

Client would like to give a commendation to the booking agent she talked to this morning regarding her trip. They needed to clarify the pickup location, and client feels the agent handled the call really well. She was very clear about the information and took her time to make sure everything was correct. She also connected the client to customer service for more assistance once the booking was completed.

These two drivers need to be told how good they are. They were exceptional. My kid always feels happy to be on their bus. They are very helpful and they go out of their way.
